2. Responding to a Takedown Notice

- Notify the user responsible for the content.
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including name, address, email, and phone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or the district where you reside.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
